Maintain full knowledge of assigned project status and deliverables.
Assist in field surveys to gather essential project data.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Junior Technical Engineers.
Prepare and manage schematic drawings construction drawings construction documents and finishing schedules for review by the Technical Team Leader.
Follow up on construction document production and ensure accuracy before submission.
Review and approve the work of Junior Technical Engineers before escalation to the Technical Team Leader.
Prepare brief reports on project progress and status updates.
Support the Technical Team Leader in handling multiple project functions at various stages.
Attend meetings with internal teams consultants and stakeholders when necessary.
Coordinate with MEP & Structural Consultants to ensure proper integration of technical components.
Update Junior Technical Engineers on MEP & Structural changes.
Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with project plans.
Document and maintain minutes of meetings for project follow-ups.
Be responsible for the preparation and revision of Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Ensure all technical documents and drawings comply with company and industry standards.
Remain on-call and available when needed to support urgent project requirements.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 57 years of experience in technical engineering construction drawings and project coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other design software.
Strong understanding of construction documents BOQ preparation materials and finishing schedules.
Experience in coordinating with MEP & Structural consultants.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to conduct field visits and site inspections.
Ability to attend meetings and provide technical reports.
Flexibility to be on-call when required.
