On behalf of our client we are seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely on time within budget and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project execution plans including procurement schedule labour plan and equipment allocation.
- Lead site mobilisation including logistics material staging and subcontractor onboarding.
- Establish project baseline schedule (Gantt) and cost baseline.
- Monitor actual cost versus budget daily and weekly.
- Approve material requisitions aligned with budget limits.
- Identify cost overruns early and propose mitigation measures.
- Validate subcontractor payment certificates before finance approval.
- Coordinate all site engineers supervisors and subcontractors.
- Ensure productivity benchmarks are tracked and enforced.
- Optimize labour deployment to prevent idle cost leakage.
- Attend site meetings and represent the company professionally.
- Resolve technical clarifications and design coordination issues.
- Prepare progress reports and payment application documentation.
- Ensure implementation of safety policies and toolbox meetings.
- Enforce PPE compliance.
- Report incidents within 24 hours and initiate investigations.
