The Senior Digital Designer is responsible for designing elevated visual content that brings brand and marketing storytelling to life for VCS partners. Working in close partnership with other designers digital strategists and stakeholders.

What you will do

• Design and deliver conversion-focused digital experiences and high-impact marketing assetsfrom initial concept to final UIacross web email social and ads.

• Create high-quality user flows wireframes clear UI and prototypes.

• Build maintain and advocate for robust Figma design systems that empower designers to work efficiently and consistently.

• Manage multiple projects across different partners simultaneously owning visual execution from initial concept to final UI while meeting tight deadlines.

• Support partners by designing branded assets tailored to their audiences and marketing needs.

• Partner cross-functionally with sales strategy and design teams to translate customer insights and business goals into engaging creative solutions.

• Support junior designers through a visual element creation flow to support program growth.

• Build and maintain design documentation templates and guidelines that support consistency and efficiency across global teams.

• Identify opportunities to streamline design and production processes.

• Stay current on digital design trends tools and best practices to continuously elevate visual quality.

Your qualifications

• Visual Arts Design-related degree and/ or equivalent work experience

• 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX or digital design with a proven track record of managing complex design projects.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in end-to-end UI/UX projects..

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (including UI systems components and auto-layout) and the Adobe Creative Suite to create high-fidelity mock-ups designs and prototypes.

• Expertise in mobile-first and responsive design principles.

• Experience with WordPress or similar site builders is a plus.

• Experience working on environment while mentoring others and confidently presenting design rationale to non-design stakeholders.

• Highly collaborative clear communicator and receptive to feedback

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding across online marketing platforms.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to continuous innovation and excellence.

• Passionate about design trends tools processes and methodologies and willing to learn and share new insights with the team.

• Languages (Speaking and Writing): English
