Functional / Operational tasks:
The SCADA junior engineer will report to a senior Scada engineer
Development of the control strategies write PLC/DCS code (Ladder Logic Structured Text Function Blocks) design HMI/SCADA interfaces and specify hardware.
Implementation & Commissioning: Install test and start-up new control systems and upgrades.
Optimization: Analyze process data use simulation and implement advanced controls to boost efficiency reduce waste and improve quality.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware (sensors actuators networks) and software.
Collaboration: Work with electrical mechanical planning and operations teams.
Documentation: Develop functional descriptions procedures and maintenance guides.
Qualifications :
Education: Education & training required:
Education: Bachelors degree in Industrial Electronics and Automatic Control Engineering systems.
Programming: Knowledge in PLC programming languages (Ladder FBD ST) and HMI/SCADA software.
Hardware: Knowledge of industrial networks (Ethernet/IP Profibus) instrumentation and field devices.
Understanding of control theory automation and real-time systems.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving communication project management and ability to work in fast-paced environments
