What will you do:

• Monitor and follow up on quality-related cases non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Ensure project activities comply with company standards customer requirements and international quality standards (e.g. ISO).
• Participate in quality audits and support preparation of inspection/test reports.
• Track supplier and subcontractor quality performance and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring and critical quality issues using structured problem-solving tools (e.g. 5 Why Fishbone) and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Track and analyze quality KPIs (such as defect rates NCR closure time and supplier performance) to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to manage quality concerns ensuring timely communication proper documentation and resolution of issues

What will you bring:

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical Mechanical Industrial or related field).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality preferably in engineering EPC or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).

• Strong understanding and practical application of quality tools and methodologies (e.g. CAPA 8D FMEA Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Solid knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001).
• Ability to analyze quality data and KPIs using statistical and analytical tools to drive decision-making.
• Experience in managing non-conformities (NCRs) and ensuring effective corrective and preventive action implementation.
• Familiarity with audit processes (internal external supplier audits) and audit documentation requirements
