Job Specifications

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
Professional certifications preferred: MCSA MCSE CCNA ITIL Azure/AWS certifications.

Experience

36 years of experience as a System Administrator preferably in insurance or financial services.
Experience working with insurance core systems (e.g. TCS Bancs Premia InsureNet Oracle Insurance or equivalent).
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and networking.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of insurance domain workflows (Policy Issuance Claims Endorsements Renewals).
Knowledge of databases (SQL Server / Oracle) backup systems firewall management.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is an advantage.
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
