Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Travel & Finance OperationsSpecialist to join our dynamic this role you will play a vital part in supporting travel operations and financial processes ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daytoday support for finance and travel inquiries ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Handle flight bookings ticket issuance card processing and other travelrelated services.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless operations and effective knowledge sharing.
- Maintain high service quality while adhering to company policies and industry standards.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- 14 years of experience in a travel agency or similar travel operations role.
- Strong handson experience with flight bookings ticket issuance and travelrelated transactions.
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
- Ability to adapt quickly handle multiple tasks and embrace new challenges.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
