Whats the role
As an Account Manager at Bilo you are the human face of our platform. You arent just closing deals. You are acting as a trustworthy guide for marketing managers and business owners. You will take users from their initial interest to a live successful campaign.

Your goal is to make our users feel safe heard and confident. You will present strategic plans (built by our planning team) and turn first-time users into lifelong Bilo advocates.


What Youll Do

  • Reach out to users as they engage with the platform to understand their goals budget and vision.
  • Lead presentations of custom-built campaign plans explaining the why behind the strategy and closing the sale.
  • Own the client relationship from first contact to post-campaign wrap-up.
  • Ensure the client has an incredible experience and theyre retained.
  • Strategically identify opportunities for clients to expand their reach increase their spend and treat Bilo as their go-to tool for out-of-home.
  • Handle the inevitable hiccups of the physical advertising world with a calm composed and solution-oriented mindset.

Who You Are

  • Empathetic: You can read a room (or a Zoom) and understand human emotions. You know how to build a safe space where clients feel understood and comfortable launching their campaigns with you.
  • Calm: When things get complex or a client is stressed you are the person who stays composed and finds the path forward.
  • Consultative Sales Mindset: You dont hard sell. You advise. You understand that closing a deal is the natural result of solving a clients problem.
  • Adaptable: Youre comfortable with sales cycles that move in 48 hours or stretch over 3 months.
  • Ambitious & Coachable: You dont need to know about billboards yet (well teach you that!) but you should be ready to grow into managing massive brand accounts and agencies.
  • Based in Lebanon and open to a hybrid setup.
