Location: Qatar (Only local candidates preferred)
Industry: Oil & Gas
Experience Required: 8–12 Years (GCC experience mandatory)
Nationality: Any

Job Purpose

To develop monitor and control project schedules for Oil & Gas projects ensuring timely execution in line with contractual requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software
Develop baseline programs manpower histograms and resource plans
Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly
Identify delays risks and critical path activities
Prepare recovery plans and mitigation strategies
Coordinate with project managers engineering procurement and site teams
Prepare progress reports dashboards and client presentations
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project milestones

Requirements

/ B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputed university
8–12 years of experience in Planning within the Oil & Gas industry
Mandatory GCC experience
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6
Experience in EPC projects preferred
Strong analytical and reporting skills
