Execute end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across all functions and strategic business units.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions with line managers.
- Post job openings screen applications and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate assessments.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and portals.
- Support employer branding and career fairs.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor s in HR Business or Psychology.
- 3 5 years experience in recruitment; preferably in multi-industry companies.
- Strong command of HR systems (e.g. MenaITech SAP Oracle).
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and interview techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
