Responsibilities:

Lead train and supervise a team of instrument technicians to ensure effective workflow and performance.
Execute installation calibration and routine maintenance of process instruments sensors transmitters valves and control systems.
Diagnose and resolve faults in control loops PLC/DCS systems and automation equipment.
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs in alignment with scheduled work plans.
Interpret technical documentation including P&IDs loop diagrams instrument manuals and system schematics.
Collaborate with engineers site supervisors and cross-functional teams to coordinate daily tasks and project activities.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities work logs inspection reports and compliance documentation.
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols proper tool usage and equipment handling procedures.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation with at least 12 years in a supervisory or foreman capacity.
Proven expertise in process instrumentation control loops PLC/DCS systems and field device maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings schematics and troubleshooting guides with precision.
Diploma or ITI in Instrumentation Engineering or a related technical field.
Familiarity with oil & gas industry standards and safety regulations (preferred).
