Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture or related discipline.
- Masters degree in Project Management Engineering Management or Architecture is desirable.
Experience
- Minimum 1215 years of experience in design and project delivery roles.
- Minimum 5 years working within PMC client-side or multi-consultant project environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary design teams on large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
- Regional regulatory experience particularly within KSA is desirable.
Professional Certifications
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Chartered Engineer Professional Engineer or Registered Architect preferred.
- BIM or Digital Engineering certification is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong client representation and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced design coordination and project delivery expertise.
- Strong cost schedule and risk integration capability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of BIM digital engineering and SMART infrastructure integration.
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Project Director / Program Director (PMC)
