[KSA] PMC Project & Design Manager MF

The PMC Project & Design Manager acts as the Clients representative for design-related matters and ensures design deliverables support project schedule cost quality and operational objectives.

3. Technical Oversight & Design Quality Assurance

4. Interface & Project Coordination

5. Change Management & Value Engineering

6. Digital Systems & SMART Technology Integration

7. Procurement & Specialist Consultant Support

8. Construction Phase Design Coordination

Qualifications :

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture or related discipline.
• Masters degree in Project Management Engineering Management or Architecture is desirable.

Experience

• Minimum 1215 years of experience in design and project delivery roles.
• Minimum 5 years working within PMC client-side or multi-consultant project environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary design teams on large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
• Regional regulatory experience particularly within KSA is desirable.

Professional Certifications

• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Chartered Engineer Professional Engineer or Registered Architect preferred.
• BIM or Digital Engineering certification is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong client representation and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced design coordination and project delivery expertise.
• Strong cost schedule and risk integration capability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of BIM digital engineering and SMART infrastructure integration.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.

Reporting Structure

• Reports to: Project Director / Program Director (PMC)
