Respond to customer inquiries by phone

Follow internal processes and quality guidelines
Communicate clearly and professionally in English

Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
Accurately log all call details
Attend training and meet performance targets
Collaborate with team leaders and internal departments
Requirements
English level: Minimum B2 (Upper Intermediate)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work on-site in New Cairo
Graduates of any age are welcome to apply
Dropouts must be aged 27 or above
No prior experience required full training is provided
Shifts
Males: Rotational shifts 24/7
Females: Rotational shifts up to 2:00 AM
