The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated graduate to join the MENA Independence/Risk Management team in Jordan. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in compliance risk and ethics.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the independence efforts across KSA ensuring compliance with auditor independence rules including EY Global and local country policies.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the KSA Independence team by applying knowledge of auditor local independence rules in line with SOCPA and EYG policies.
- Assist in assessing client acceptance and performing periodic independence procedures.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with EY team members across the region.
- Promote commitment to ethics audit quality risk management and independence within the firm.
- Participate in additional projects as needed to support the independence initiatives in MENA.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Bachelors degree in Compliance Risk Accounting Business or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work across multiple stakeholders.
- A keen interest in compliance ethics and maintaining risk/independence standards.
