Role Description:
The Product Owner is responsible for defining user stories and prioritising the team backlog. This role serves as the customer proxy responsible for working with the product management and other stakeholders including other product owners to define and deliver the product vision

Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies particularlyScrum.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven experience in product development in an Agile environment.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
- Strong business acumen and customer-centric focus.
- In-depth knowledge of the products market and the customers needs.
- Familiarity with product management software like JRA or Asana.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a clear vision and an innovative mindset.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
- Defining the product backlog and creating actionable user stories for thedevelopment teams.
- Grooming and prioritising backlog items based on user value market changesand business priorities.
- Serving as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders communicating customer needs and translating them into development tasks.
