Over the past six years weve delivered tens of millions of meals to hundreds of thousands of customers across seven countries and we still feel like day one. Now were embarking on an AI-powered transformation to change how the world eats and make healthy meals better faster and more affordable.

Youll act as the bridge between HQ and Riyadh representing the customer the market and the growth opportunity.

Youve worked in growth-focused roles (growth strategy market expansion product-led growth business growth or similar).
Youve operated in environments where growth decisions were driven by data not opinions.
You have hands-on exposure to the Saudi market with strong familiarity with Riyadh specifically.
Youve partnered closely with product growth or customer teams and understand how these functions connect to drive impact.

You are deeply customer-obsessed you naturally think from the customers point of view.
Youre analytical by nature and comfortable using data to guide decisions and challenge assumptions.
You learn fast adapt quickly and dont get stuck in rigid ways of working.
You care more about impact than titles and you take ownership naturally.
You think in terms of long-term value not short-term wins.
You do not need food industry experience.
In fact we often prefer people who are not overly operationally driven.
