Job Summary
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing and executing day-to-day HR operations and acting as a key support function for both employees and management. This role focuses on employee lifecycle management HR administration compliance and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes aligned with company policies and Egyptian Labor Law. The position reflects a hands-on HR role with strong operational ownership.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
Manage employee files contracts HR letters and official documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Maintain and update employee data on HR systems and ensure records are always up to date.
Handle employee confirmations contract renewals promotions transfers and terminations.
Prepare HR-related documents including offer letters contracts warnings confirmations and exit documents.
Recruitment & Hiring Coordination
Coordinate recruitment activities including job posting CV screening interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring decisions.
Customize offer details compensation and benefits in alignment with the company salary structure and internal policies.
Prepare and issue offers and coordinate hiring approvals.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Manage onboarding processes including documentation system access coordination and orientation.
Ensure all joining and exit formalities are completed accurately and on time.
Conduct exit interviews and prepare related reports when required.
Employee Relations & Support
Act as the main HR point of contact for employee inquiries and daily HR support.
Handle employee issues professionally confidentially and in alignment with company policies.
Support a positive compliant and respectful work environment.
Performance Management
Coordinate probation periods and follow up on probation evaluations with managers.
Ensure performance-related documentation is completed and archived properly.
Track deadlines and follow up on evaluation outcomes.
Payroll Compensation & Benefits Coordination
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance leaves salary changes and deductions.
Own and manage benefits administration such as social insurance medical insurance and related documentation.
Coordinate salary adjustments promotions and allowances with finance.
HR Policies & Compliance
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and internal regulations.
Support updating HR policies procedures and employee handbook content.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company requirements.
Support internal HR communications announcements and policy clarifications.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
3-4 Proven years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
High level of professionalism confidentiality and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Working Hours: Flexible start between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM with core hours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Standard working hours are 8 hours per day Sunday to Thursday.
