ملخص الوظيفة
- Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards
- Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms lobbies and facilities
- Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests
- Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outages)
- Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures
- Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality
- Plan and schedule repairs
- Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard
- Maintain equipment inventories and reorder parts and supplies as necessary
- Prepare and submit maintenance reports to management
- Train maintenance staff on procedures and protocols
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- Proven work experience as a Hotel Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Working knowledge of tools common appliances and devices.
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information :
experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
