Job Purpose
To supervise showroom operations by managing staff ensuring excellent customer service maintaining visual standards and supporting sales performance to achieve business goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Supervise showroom staff assign daily tasks and ensure smooth coordination and productivity.
- Customer Service Management: Ensure customers receive excellent service resolve issues promptly and maintain satisfaction levels.
- Sales Monitoring: Track daily sales performance support the team in achieving targets and report progress to management.
- Visual Merchandising:Ensure product displays layouts and updated price tags and align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.
- Stock Oversight: Monitor stock levels coordinate restocking and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Complaint Handling: Collect customer feedback resolve complaints and implement improvements where needed.
- Commitment to administrative guidance: Adherence to management instruction related to business needs.
Education
Bachelors degree in Sales and Marketing Management or relevant field
Experience
- Minimum three years of experience in retail operations.

- Fluency in Arabic and English.
