Job Title: Photocopiers Technician
Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Photocopiers Technicians to join our clients technical service team in Riyadh. The selected candidates will be responsible for the installation maintenance troubleshooting and repair of photocopying printing and scanning machines across corporate and commercial sites. The role demands hands-on technical knowledge precision in diagnosis and the ability to ensure minimal downtime of office equipment.
Install and configure photocopiers printers and multi-function devices at client locations.
Perform preventive maintenance and periodic inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical and software-related faults in photocopying machines.
Replace and calibrate parts such as drums fusers rollers and toners as per service guidelines.
Handle firmware updates connectivity setups and network printer configurations.
Maintain accurate service logs and inventory of spare parts.
Respond promptly to service calls and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
Adhere to all safety and quality standards during maintenance and repair tasks.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts procurement and warranty services.
Support the team in training junior technicians and ensuring adherence to company standards.
Essential Qualifications
Diploma in Electronics Electrical Instrumentation or a related technical field.
Minimum 25 years of experience in photocopier or printer maintenance (preferred brands: Canon Ricoh Xerox Konica Minolta HP).
Strong understanding of hardware mechanical and basic network systems.
Skills Required
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing multifunction office equipment.
Good knowledge of copy print and scan technologies.
Familiarity with network printer setup IP configuration and software drivers.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple service calls daily.
