Metrology Technician
LOCATION: Al Jubayl- Eastern Province-Saudi Arabia

Key Requirements and Responsibility
- Calibrates and controls the gauges internally and records in the available IT tool.
- Gathers and compiles data and results during the calibration process in the available IT tool checks against applicable specifications & procedures and prepares the calibration reports.
- Analyses the results of the calibration process recommending changes and or improvements.
- Assists in the analysis of new suppliers of gauges and instruments.
- Maintains gauges & instruments warehouse stock and logistics physically & in the system.
- Issues and receives the gauges in the available IT tool between applicable locations and maintain system records of gauges transfers.
- Purchases the suitable gauges and instruments applicable to the production.
- Reports any deviation or nonconformity of measurement tools.
- Performs external calibration witnessing.
