Pinerium is seeking an experienced and motivated Zoho Project Team Leader to lead the delivery and execution of Zoho implementation projects. This role is responsible for managing Zoho project teams ensuring high-quality delivery maintaining client satisfaction and aligning project outcomes with business objectives.
The Zoho Project Team Leader will act as a bridge between clients consultants developers and internal stakeholders ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and according to Zoho best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead and manage multiple Zoho implementation projects simultaneously.
Oversee project planning scope definition timelines and resource allocation.
Ensure adherence to project schedules budgets and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and proactively address risks issues and dependencies.
Team Management & Coordination
Lead Zoho consultants developers and support engineers.
Assign tasks track performance and ensure accountability across the team.
Provide technical guidance mentorship and performance feedback to team members.
Conduct regular internal project review meetings and stand-ups.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary escalation point for project-related client issues.
Manage client expectations scope changes and delivery milestones.
Conduct project kickoff progress reviews and final handover sessions.
Ensure clear and professional communication with all stakeholders.
Zoho Solution Oversight
Oversee implementations of Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM Zoho Projects Zoho Books Zoho Desk Zoho People and Zoho One.
Ensure solutions are configured according to client requirements and Zoho best practices.
Coordinate integrations automations workflows and customizations with technical teams.
Documentation & Quality Assurance
Ensure proper project documentation including requirements configurations user guides and handover documents.
Review deliverables to ensure accuracy usability and compliance with standards.
Support post-implementation stabilization and transition to support teams.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ICT Solutions Low Current Solutions or Automation Solutions. Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multi-sector technical operations. Strong knowledge of networking structured cabling low current systems and industrial automation. Experience with project execution client coordination and vendor management. Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills. Certifications such as CCNP PMP or relevant low current/automation certifications are preferred. Own laptop required. Must be a non smoker (all types)
