Job Description:
The Senior Account Manager is a client partner responsible for leading key advertising and creative accounts across brand digital and social media campaigns. This role bridges clients and internal creative strategy and production teams to deliver impactful work that drives results.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Relationship Management
Act as the day-to-day lead for assignedaccounts
Build trusted relationships with client marketing brand and social teams
Lead client meetings presentations and status calls with confidence
Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend solutions
Campaign Management
Manage integrated campaigns across ATL digital and social media platforms
Strong understanding of creative services marketing services media and paid owned and earned social
Guide clients onbest practices and trends
Ensure creative and messaging are consistent across all touch points
Creative & Strategic Collaboration
Write clear briefs for creative social and production teams
Balance creative ambition with client objectives and budgets
Partner with Strategy Media and Creative Directors to deliver best-in-class work
Protect the creative integrity of the agency while meeting client needs
Account Growth & Management
Identify upsell opportunities (campaign extensions social content new channels new creative ideas..)
Ensure projects are delivered on time on budget and to scope
Project & Stakeholder Management
Oversee timelines deliverables and resourcing across multiple work streams
Manage feedback loops and ensure efficient approval processes
Handle escalations and resolve issues calmly and professionally
Leadership & Mentorship
Mentor Account Executives and Account Managers
Set standards for client service excellence
Contribute to agency processes and ways of working
