We are seeking a Front Office Agent - Female to join our team at Novotel Cairo El Borg Hotel. The ideal candidate will be the face of our hotel providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience from check-in to check-out.
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- Manage room reservations and assignments
- Operate the hotels property management system
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Provide information about hotel services local attractions and transportation options
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Resolve guest complaints and issues professionally
Qualifications :
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in computer systems particularly hotel management software
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service for one year is a must
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
