Job Summary:
A reputed 5-star hotel in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to oversee kitchen operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality culinary offerings in line with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan organize and supervise daily kitchen operations
Develop and maintain menus according to hotel standards
Ensure food quality presentation and consistency
Manage kitchen staff scheduling and performance
Maintain hygiene health and food safety standards
Control food cost inventory and waste
Coordinate with management and other departments as required

Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine or in a senior culinary role is mandatory
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
Willingness to relocate and work in Kuwait
