Job Summary:
A reputed 5-star hotel in Kuwait is hiring Spa Receptionists at fresher level. The role involves managing spa reception operations while delivering a professional and welcoming experience to guests in line with luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist spa guests in a professional and courteous manner
Manage spa appointments and reservations
Handle guest inquiries related to spa services and facilities
Coordinate with spa therapists and operational teams
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Candidate Requirements:
Freshers are welcome to apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Willingness to relocate and work in Kuwait
Hospitality or spa-related training is an advantage but not mandatory
