Imagine supporting students during their most formative years helping them grow academically socially and emotionally while working side-by-side with passionate homeroom teachers. As our Elementary Co-Teacher you will play a vital role in shaping a nurturing classroom environment where every child feels seen supported and inspired to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with homeroom teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons and weekly activities
Support students by identifying areas for academic growth and providing targeted assistance
Assist with classroom behavior management and help maintain a positive learning environment
Contribute to classroom organization visual appeal and overall readiness
Monitor students during morning and afternoon bus duty
Use technology effectively to support instruction and communication

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Elementary Education
Prior teaching experience at the elementary school level
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
