RESPONSIBILITIES:

New Business Development:
- Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities for SA&I.
- Research market trends analyse customer needs and identify potential new client relationships and potential white space opportunities (industries/accounts)
- Expand the companys market presence establish new client relationships and generate new revenue streams.
- Own the proposal preparation (methodology design & costing)
Existing Account Development:
- Nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships (with / without RMS/ Retail)
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Maximize customer satisfaction and retention by providing personalized support and proactive account management.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to drive revenue growth from existing accounts & manage renewals.
- Own the proposal preparation (methodology design & costing)
Responsible for the clients revenue & collection cycles in coordination with the finance department
Being up to date with all NIQ SA&I solutions and analytics in order to always be able to sell the latest innovations to our clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Marketing Economics or related field
- 10 years experience in Marketing Research (either agencies such as Kantar Ipsos or Awe research or Client side)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Very good knowledge on advanced analysis methods and tools
- Excellent numerical skills
- Good organisational skills
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and financial knowledge
- Excellent presentation skills
- Fluency in English
- Computer Literate
- Expertise in servicing customers and in-depth knowledge on CR methods analysis and techniques
