(Piping Pipeline & Plant Fire Water Systems EPC / PMC)
Job Purpose
Lead and manage mechanical construction activities related to piping pipelines and plant fire water systems ensuring safe compliant and timely execution in accordance with Local Saudi Arabia standards project specifications and approved drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction of process piping crosscountry pipelines and fire water networks (aboveground & underground).
- Act as the primary mechanical interface with EPC contractors PMC client vendors and commissioning teams.
- Ensure compliance with SAES SAMSS SABIC Engineering Standards ASME API NFPA and international codes.
- Review and approve method statements ITPs work packs and technical queries.
- Enforce HSE requirements PTW lifting operations and construction safety standards.
- Monitor construction progress manpower materials and resolve site issues.
- Support hydrotesting flushing reinstatement precommissioning and commissioning up to handover.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 15 years mechanical construction experience including Lead role on Saudi Saudi Arabai projects.
- Strong EPC/PMC experience in oil & gas or petrochemical plants.
