What will your responsibilities include
- Full life-cycle recruiting: Managing the entire recruitment process from defining positions to onboarding.
- Collaborating directly with hiring managers to grasp their teams hiring requirements and dynamics.
- Sourcing talent through in-depth internet research networking competitive intelligence gathering and referrals from employees and candidates.
- Consistently building a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates using innovative sourcing methods.
- Guiding candidates through the recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional talent experience.
- Developing overseeing and enhancing recruitment processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high-growth environments.
- Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Proficiency in developing constructing and utilizing various sourcing tools to build a candidate pipeline.
- Ideal candidates possess high innovation and creativity skills in sourcing and recruitment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic evolving and growing environment like Solaredge.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience with Comeet is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
