We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our fast-paced SaaS startup. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a rapidly evolving environment partners closely with leadership teams and builds strong people practices that enable business success. Youll serve as a trusted advisor to managers and team members helping to shape a high-performing and engaged culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads and senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design workforce planning and talent management.
- Serve as a coach and consultant to managers on performance engagement and employee development.
- Lead employee relations initiatives ensuring a constructive approach across the organization.
- Design and implement learning and development programs and initiatives to support both individual and organizational growth.
- Leverage people data and analytics to generate insights trends and recommendations that inform strategic HR decisions.
- Partner with leadership on change management and organizational development (OD) initiatives.
- Drive HR projects that enhance engagement culture and retention in a high-growth SaaS.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology or related field.
- 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a SaaS fast-growing global startup environment.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business goals into people strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Experience in managing employee relations and supporting organizational change.
- Background in Organizational Development (OD) - Advantage
- Familiarity with HRIS systems especially HiBob - Advantage
