Title:

Lead Construction Engineer - Electrical Instrumentation & Telecom (E&I&T)

Job Purpose
Lead and manage all Electrical Instrumentation and Telecom construction activities on site ensuring safe compliant and timely execution in accordance with Local Saudi Arabia standards project specifications and approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Lead E&I&T construction works including LV/MV/HV systems substations instrumentation DCS/PLC/SIS and telecom systems (FOC PA/GA CCTV).
Act as the primary E&I&T interface with EPC contractors PMC client vendors and commissioning teams.
Ensure compliance with SAES SAMSS SABIC Engineering Standards IEC IEEE NEC NFPA and ISA.
Review and approve method statements ITPs work packs and technical queries.
Enforce HSE requirements PTW LOTO and electrical safety practices.
Monitor progress manpower and material availability; resolve site issues.
Lead precommissioning testing and support commissioning up to handover.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering.
15 years E&I construction experience including Lead role on Local Saudi Arabia projects.
Strong EPC/PMC site experience in oil & gas or petrochemical facilities.
