Technical Lead AI (Chatbot & Agentic Solutions)

The Opportunity

Are you ready to spearhead the next evolution of conversational intelligence We are seeking a visionary Technical Lead to drive the design development and deployment of enterprise-grade AI chatbot solutions.

In this leadership role you will be the architectural brain behind complex Agentic AI systems. You will mentor a high-performing team of engineers bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and scalable production-ready applications for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Vision: Lead the implementation of sophisticated AI chatbot solutions using GenAI Agentic AI LangGraph and MCP frameworks.
Team Mentorship: Act as a technical beacon for our GenAI engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Standard Setting: Establish and enforce elite standards for PEP8-compliant coding system reliability and scalable design.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with UI/UX designers Data Scientists and Product Managers to turn abstract business requirements into high-impact technical deliverables.
End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the full project lifecycle ensuring milestones are met and technical solutions align perfectly with client objectives.
Technical Diplomacy: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders translating complex AI concepts into clear strategic updates.

Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for a leader who is as comfortable in a code review as they are in a high-level strategy meeting.

Must-Have Expertise:

Framework Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with LangGraph (conversational flows) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) for state management.
Agentic AI: Proven track record in multi-agent orchestration and complex workflow automation.
Core Engineering: Advanced Python proficiency with deep knowledge of AI/ML libraries.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Bonus Points For:

Familiarity with UI/UX design specifically for conversational interfaces.
Cloud deployment expertise (Azure AWS or GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD Docker).
Strong understanding of data pipeline design and scalable architecture.
