Location: Kuwait
Monthly Salary: 500 KWD (Basic) 1 Duty meal
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
Sous Chef Indian Cuisine Job Duties
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food production
Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes (North & South Indian Tandoor Curries Biryani Gravies)
Ensure consistency in taste presentation and quality of all Indian menu items
Supervise and train kitchen staff commis chefs and helpers
Maintain high standards of hygiene sanitation and food safety (HACCP)
Assist in menu planning recipe standardization and new dish development
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and stock rotation (FIFO)
Handle kitchen inventory and assist in ordering raw materials
Coordinate with service staff for smooth kitchen operations
Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
Requirements
5 years of working experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
Strong knowledge of Indian Cuisine techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physically fit and able to work long hours if required
Age limit: Below 35 years
