About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in Riyadh. This role is perfect for a professional with strong design skills technical expertise and a passion for delivering innovative architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept to completion.
- Lead and manage proposals for design contracts
- Develop detailed drawings plans and 3D models using advanced design software.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
- Collaborate with engineers contractors and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance.
About You
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in architecture (masters degree preferred).
- 45 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Saudi national.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other architectural tools.
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements:
- International exposure or experience working on global projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and advanced building technologies.
