About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in Riyadh. This role is perfect for a professional with strong design skills technical expertise and a passion for delivering innovative architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept to completion.
Lead and manage proposals for design contracts
Develop detailed drawings plans and 3D models using advanced design software.
Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
Collaborate with engineers contractors and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance.

About You

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in architecture (masters degree preferred).
45 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
Saudi national.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other architectural tools.
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements:

International exposure or experience working on global projects.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and advanced building technologies.
