Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage full-cycle hiring ensuring the attraction and selection of high-quality talent aligned with business needs. The role requires strong sourcing capability structured screening and strict adherence to hiring standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in HR Business Administration or related field
Experience: 3–5 years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Proven experience handling full-cycle recruitment
Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
Familiarity with ATS systems job portals and LinkedIn sourcing

Eligibility Criteria:

Fluent English communication skills are mandatory

Educational Qualification

Graduation and Post-Graduation must be Regular / Physical / On-Campus
Degrees must be from recognized universities
