Role Description:
Agile Coach is responsible for supporting our organisation in implementing and enhancing our Agile practices. As a key member of our team we will work closely with various departments to improve project delivery team collaboration and overall organisational agility.

Agile Coach is responsible for supporting our organisation in implementing and enhancing our Agile practices. As a key member of our team we will work closely with various departments to improve project delivery team collaboration and overall organisational agility.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field (Masters degree preferred) *
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in large-scale agile transformations
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (eg Scrum Kanban SAFe LeSS).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certified Agile Coach (CAC) or equivalent certification.
- Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMF-ACP) is preferred.
- Excellent facilitation conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking communication and emotional intelligence.
- Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe LeSS Nexus)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello Azure DevOps)
- Background in software development or IT project managementknowledge
- Excellent leadership and management skills including the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication facilitation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to influence and coach at all levels of an organisation
- Experience in change management and organisational development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
- Strong servant leadership qualities-motivating and inspiring teams to reach their full potential
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt communication to different audiences.

- Lead the design and implementation of agile transformation strategies acrossthe enterprise.
- Coach executives managers and teams on agile principles practices andmindset.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and events including sprint planning daily stand-ups
- and retrospectives
- Identify and remove impediments to agile adoption and team performance
- Develop and deliver agile training programs for various levels of the organisation
- Assess team and organisational agile maturity recommending improvementsandbest practices.
- Collaborate with all departments and functions to ensure consistent agile.
- practices across the whole organisation.
- Monitor and report on the progress of agile transformation initiatives.
- Stay updated with current industry trends and emerging agile methodologies.
