Role Description:Agile Coach is responsible for supporting our organisation in implementing and enhancing our Agile practices. As a key member of our team we will work closely with various departments to improve project delivery team collaboration and overall organisational agility.
Experience and Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field (Masters degree preferred) *
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in large-scale agile transformations
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (eg Scrum Kanban SAFe LeSS).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certified Agile Coach (CAC) or equivalent certification.
- Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMF-ACP) is preferred.
- Excellent facilitation conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking communication and emotional intelligence.
Specific knowledge- Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe LeSS Nexus)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello Azure DevOps)
- Background in software development or IT project managementknowledge
Individual Skills:- Excellent leadership and management skills including the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication facilitation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to influence and coach at all levels of an organisation
- Experience in change management and organisational development

- Develop and deliver agile training programs for various levels of the organisation
- Assess team and organisational agile maturity recommending improvementsandbest practices.
- Collaborate with all departments and functions to ensure consistent agile.
