The Opportunity:

As anEarly Careers Recruitment Consultantwithin EY Middle East and North Africa (MENA) you will play a pivotal role in shaping EYs future talent pipeline. Working closely with business stakeholders service lines and the MENA Early Careers Recruitment team you will design and deliver end-to-end Early Careers recruitment strategies to attract engage and hire high-potential interns and graduates across the region.

This is a highly consultative role that combines strategy stakeholder management employer branding and execution. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business a visible ambassador of the EY brand on Early Careers and a key driver of early talent identification and intern-to-graduate conversion outcomes.

Your key responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders and service lines to understand workforce needs hiring targets timelines and ideal candidate profiles across assigned MENA locations.
  • Design and deliver data-driven Early Careers recruitment strategies aligned to business priorities nationalization agendas and regional talent market insights.
  • Own theend-to-end recruitment lifecyclefor interns and graduates including attraction sourcing screening assessments interviews offers and pre-joining experience.
  • Lead and continuously enhance the internship program with a strong focus on candidate experience andconversion to graduate hiring.
  • Advise the business on best-in-class recruitment approaches target universities offer strategy and market competitiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities academic faculty career services teams student societies and other key Early Careers stakeholders across MENA.
  • Partner with Recruitment and Employer Branding teams to design and deliver targeted attraction sourcing and engagement campaigns.
  • Plan and deliver Early Careers events and initiatives such as career fairs EY insight sessions workshops assessment centers and networking events (virtual and in-person).
  • Deliver engaging presentations and workshops to students graduates and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate online assessments assessment centers and interview processes ensuring fairness consistency and a seamless candidate experience.
  • Use recruitment data and insights to track progress against hiring targets identify risks and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within recruitment systems and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.

  • A consultative mindset with the ability to influence and partner confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Early Careers recruitment early careers hiring and talent market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations.
  • A creative strategic and commercially aware approach to problem solving.
  • Confidence representing EY as an employer of choice on Early Careers and in the market.

Ideally youll also

  • Have experience managing assessment centers and administering online assessment tools.
  • Be comfortable handling large data sets and generating insights using Excel and MS Office.
  • Have exposure to Recruitment Management Systems such asSuccessFactorsandYello.
  • Have experience deliveringend-to-end recruitmentacross attraction sourcing screening assessment interviewing and offering.
  • Bring experience working across multiple geographies or within a regional recruitment model.
