Job Summary
Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to lead the development execution and governance of our brand identity across all platforms and markets.
The role will be responsible for strengthening Madres market positioning as a leading workforce outsourcing and engineering services provider in the Middle East while ensuring consistent brand communication across digital channels corporate materials events and employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals.
- Define and maintain Madres brand voice tone visual identity and messaging guidelines.
- Strengthen brand positioning in workforce outsourcing engineering services and enterprise solutions markets.
Digital & Social Media Presence
- Oversee company presence across LinkedIn website and other digital platforms.
- Plan and manage content calendars campaigns and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote company milestones hiring campaigns events and thought leadership.
Marketing & Communications
- Lead development of corporate marketing materials (brochures presentations proposals videos company profiles).
- Support tender branding client presentations and partnership materials.
- Ensure consistency across all internal and external communications.
Employer Branding
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives to attract talent across Qatar and international markets.
- Support internship programs recruitment campaigns and internal engagement branding.
- Promote company culture leadership programs and learning initiatives.
Event & Corporate Branding
- Manage branding for exhibitions conferences career fairs and corporate events (e.g. Web Summit industry expos).
- Coordinate booth designs merchandise visual assets and promotional campaigns.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership HR recruitment operations and cybersecurity division (Madre Janus) for aligned branding.
- Manage external agencies designers videographers and content partners when required.
Analytics & Performance
- Track brand awareness engagement metrics campaign performance and ROI.
- Prepare periodic brand performance reports and improvement plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Branding Communications Business or related field.
- Experience in brand management marketing or corporate communications.
- Strong understanding of B2B branding (preferably in engineering outsourcing IT services or consulting).
- Proven experience managing digital platforms and social media for corporate brands.
