Our Medical Affairs team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of diabetes management through cutting-edge continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology. As a Medical Affairs Advisor youll be at the forefront of scientific engagement working closely with top Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams to drive medical excellence.

Where you come in:

As a Medical Affairs Advisor at Dexcom you will:

• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to build and maintain strong scientific relationships ensuring Dexcoms CGM technology is well-integrated into clinical practice.
• Deliver impactful medical education to healthcare professionals providing scientific insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial marketing access and clinical teams to align medical strategies with business objectives.
• Support clinical and real-world evidence generation contributing to scientific publications presentations and data dissemination.
• Respond to medical inquiries with evidence-based information ensuring healthcare providers and internal teams have accurate up-to-date knowledge.
• Represent Dexcom at conferences and medical events sharing expertise and gathering insights to shape future strategies.
• Monitor the competitive landscape staying ahead of industry trends and providing strategic insights to internal teams.

What makes you successful:

• You are a highly effective communicator able to engage with healthcare professionals KOLs and internal teams with confidence and credibility.
• You have a strong scientific mindset with the ability to interpret and translate complex clinical data into meaningful insights.
• You bring established relationships with KOLs leveraging your network to enhance medical engagement and awareness of Dexcoms CGM technology.
• Your experience in Medical Affairs equips you with the skills to provide scientific support lead discussions and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Your knowledge of diabetes and CGM technology is a strong advantage though not mandatory.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 8 years of related experience.
• Ideally you have a physician or pharmacists degree
