We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound software sales efforts with respect to our Outplay Product in the Egypt and middle east market. This role involves proactive outreach lead qualification and pipeline creation using our internal CRM tools.
As an SDR you will be responsible for outbound prospecting and initial engagement with potential customers. You will play a key role in generating qualified opportunities for the sales team while representing our product professionally in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Execute outbound sales outreach using our CRM platform (calls emails LinkedIn and other channels)
Identify and qualify potential customers based on defined criteria
Communicate product value propositions clearly and professionally
Schedule demos and pass qualified leads to the closing sales team
Maintain accurate records of all outreach and interactions in the CRM
Consistently meet or exceed outreach and qualification targets
Stay updated on product features use cases and market trends
Requirements
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
Working proficiency in English
Prior experience in outbound sales SDR inside sales or similar roles preferred
Comfortable with structured outreach and follow-up processes
Strong communication persuasion and negotiation skills
Experience using CRM tools for sales outreach
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
