We are currently seeking to hire a School Counselor Kuwait

Job Description:

The School Counselor will support students academic emotional and social development through counseling guidance and wellbeing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling sessions

Support student wellbeing and behavioral development

Assist with academic planning and guidance

Maintain confidential student records

Requirements:

Bachelors or masters degree in counseling or psychology

Minimum 35 years school counseling experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Certification preferred

Contract Details:

Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable by mutual agreement)

Start Date: 01 September 2026

Salary:

Monthly take-home salary around KWD 1000

Based on experience and qualifications

Negotiable for strong candidates

Working Hours & Days:

Approximately 177 working days per academic year

Sunday to Thursday

07:10 AM 02:40 PM

Fridays & Saturdays are weekly holidays
