Join Our Learning Community as a Secondary School ELA Co-Teacher
Step into a dynamic learning community where you will work side-by-side with lead teachers to support a vibrant inclusive classroom environment. As a Secondary School ELA Co-Teacher you will help guide students through critical thinking literary exploration and effective communication while nurturing their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with lead ELA teachers to plan and implement engaging lessons aligned with secondary English standards
Provide targeted academic support through small group instruction and individualized assistance
Foster a respectful positive classroom culture that promotes student voice and collaboration
Participate in ongoing communication with families and staff to support student success
Assist with assessment and feedback to help students grow in reading writing and analysis

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in English Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred
Experience working with middle or high school students in an educational setting
A strong commitment to equity inclusion and collaborative teaching practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
