ملخص الوظيفة
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and supervise a team of technicians and operators to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
Ensure all safety procedures and industry standards are strictly followed conducting regular inspections and audits.
Plan schedule and coordinate maintenance activities ensuring minimal disruption to production processes.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Troubleshoot operational issues identify root causes and implement effective solutions in collaboration with the engineering team.
Prepare and maintain accurate records including work orders maintenance logs and safety checklists.
Coordinate with other departments to align project execution with overall operational goals.
Report to senior management on operational performance issues and recommended improvements.
Essential Qualifications:
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
3 5 years of proven experience in a supervisory capacity within the Oil and Gas or Petro-Chemical Industry.
Key Skills & Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in oil and gas or petro-chemical environments.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick informed decisions.
Proficiency in using industry-standard tools software and safety equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on safety compliance.
