ملخص الوظيفة

Job Objective:

To assist in administrative activities related to HR Services ensuring employees entitlements to salary and benefits are appropriately documented in accordance with Companys policies and procedure and employment contracts;

Ensure proper maintenance/regular update of the Personal system

Key Accountabilities:

  • Employee Services
  • Personnel Administration
  • Insurance Coverage and End of Service Benefits (EOSB)
  • Policies Systems Processes and Procedures
  • Statements and Reports

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma in Human Resources management or administration preferred

Minimum Experience:

2-3 years of relevant Personal administration related experience in a similar sized company

Job Specific Skills:

  • Attention to detail
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Computer literacy
