About the Role
Were looking for friendly confident and customer-focused people to join our team as Customer Service Specialists. In this role youll be helping customers solving problems and making sure every interaction ends on a positive note.
What youll be doing:
- Answering customer questions and providing support
- Resolving issues in a calm professional and friendly way
- Communicating clearly and confidently over the phone
- Making customers feel heard valued and supported
- Working closely with your team to deliver great service
Qualifications :

- Good communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Fluent English is required (B2/C1 level)
- Ability to work night & overnight shifts
