Position: Guest Relations Specialist

OPE oversees the development and operation of touristic services across the Giza Plateau. By combining infrastructure upgrades with curated visitor experiences OPE ensures that Egypts most iconic heritage site is preserved enhanced and experienced through a world-class lens.

Job Description:

Guest Relations Specialist works within the private excursions lounge of the Great Pyramids of Giza. The role aims to create a welcoming and luxurious experience for guests by conducting Meet & Greet services coordinating with catering and addressing guest needs. They coordinate with tour guides to ensure timely lounge departure and to maintain lounge cleanliness with housekeeping staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Welcome: Provide a warm and personalized greeting to every guest ensuring they feel valued and comfortable upon arrival.
Coordination: Communicate effectively with catering teams and ensure timely delivery of refreshments.
Addressing Visitor Needs: Promptly respond to guest inquiries preferences and special requests ensuring their stay is smooth and enjoyable.
Anticipating Preferences: Proactively identify and cater to guest needs to create a memorable and tailored experience.
Environment Maintenance: Keep the lounge tidy organized and aligned with luxury standards throughout the guests visit.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other lounge staff to ensure a seamless service flow and address any operational requirements.

Qualifications:

BSc degree in Hospitality Management Tourism Business Administration or relevant field.
Preferred Male candidates (due to site-specific and shift requirements).
Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Working hours from 7:00 AM till 3:00 PM.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
