About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Program Manager to support Amazons MENA Ultra Fast Grocery team. This role will focus on gathering and analyzing metrics data assisting with daily operations stalk holder management and drive visibility to leaders. As a Speed Owner you will leverage your analytical skills knowledge of operational metrics and experience working with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure the smooth execution of initiatives.
Key job responsibilities include but not limited to
Metrics Data Analysis & Reporting :
- Collect and analyze key performance metrics to drive insights improve promise calculation and speed performance.
- Identify trends and performance gaps working closely with data and push cross-functional teams to recommend and implement solutions.
- Manage relationships and support collaboration with operation team to ensure alignment with business goals and desired customer experience.
- Work on cold starting model of the store to display the correct promise
Internal Communication:
- Lead the creation and running of a weekly business review that highlights key updates project milestones and operational insights.
- Ensure communication is clear concise and engaging for leadership
Documentation and Process Improvement:
- Develop clear and detailed documentation for processes reports and operational workflows.
- Create Speed bridges which clearly explain the gap between goal and performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with business leaders Tech and operations teams to identify and implement improvements.
- Provide support to senior PM with actionable insights to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiencies.
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules
